Chilling terror telefilm stars Larry Drake as Bubba Ritter, a slow adult who befriends a young girl in his small Southern town. When the girl is viciously attacked and Bubba is wrongfully accused, he retreats to a cornfield masquerading as a scarecrow. Hunted down and killed by a narrow-minded mob, Bubba seems to be behind a force from beyond the grave that rains vengeance down upon his rash executioners. Charles Durning, Lane Smith, and Robert F.
